I came across this while trolling around the blogosphere, and it's actual, real live, quantifiable DATA. Imagine that! I am as excited a a kid in a candy store with a $20 bill from Grandma. This is the 2008 report on the then "Baseball on the Boulevard vs. Bottom" debate, titled "Final Project Report: Boulevard Diamond Stadium Highest and Best Use Analysis," prepared by Economics Research Analysis. This is also the report that the exact same independent experts are using as a jumping-off point in evaluating the current, specific Highwoods Properties proposal for the Bottom baseball stadium and ancillary development.
123 pages of analysis and back-up data, not summary and "spin," to dig through at my leisure. YEA!
