Good stuff! I agree, the categories are too broad. There is some data (that I can never seem to find after it's released) that indicates the nature of the crime. For example, "male robbed by two known males" or "woman robbed by unknown male."

This information always makes me feel a little better. (not too much better because an assumption could be made that a lot of crime is drug related, but you know...)
