Rachel Flynn, the City Planning Director, has resigned. Her top deputy, Brooke Hardin, has resigned as well. I know the commercial real estate and developer folks are probably throwing parties, but I think this is a very bad thing. I'm all for development, but in my opinion it needs to be responsible development. More on this later...
