I've recently started following a commentator named the "Notorious R.O.B." who opines on Big Picture real estate issues, including highly specialized topics like syndication and the future of the National Association of Realtors ("NAR"). Here's his most recent post, on why the current NAR President is wrong, and why a smaller and more engaged association is the right way to go. Really interesting stuff.
